Goal

If you had told me a few years ago that I’d be stepping into a boxing ring for a fight, I never would have believed you. I first walked into a boxing gym looking for a challenge, and I ended up finding something that completely changed my life. Boxing has given me confidence, discipline, an incredible community, and a reminder that I’m capable of much more than I ever imagined.
Outside of the gym, I’m an EMT, personal trainer and will be starting graduate school at NYU. Helping people has always been important to me, which is one of the reasons Haymakers for Hope resonated so strongly.
This fight is especially meaningful because my dad is a cancer survivor. Watching someone you love go through cancer changes your perspective, and I’m incredibly grateful that he came out on the other side. Being able to dedicate this experience to him, while raising money to support cancer research and those still fighting, makes every early morning, every hard workout, and every bruise worth it.
Over the next few months I’ll be training harder than I ever have before, but I can’t do the fundraising part alone. If you’re able to contribute, no matter the amount, I’d be so grateful. Thank you for supporting me, supporting Haymakers for Hope, and helping us knock out cancer.
