I’m running the 2026 Chicago Marathon as part of the Haymakers for Hope team to support cancer research. Haymakers for Hope is a nonprofit organization that raises money for cancer research by hosting amateur boxing events across the country, uniting athletes, fighters, and supporters in the fight against cancer.

For those who know me well, you know that boxing and running have long been important parts of my life (in addition to the horses), which makes this mission a natural fit. As a plastic surgery resident, I see firsthand how cancer impacts patients and families far beyond the diagnosis itself, and I’m proud to support an organization that embodies resilience, perseverance, and action.
