I’m lacing up my super shoes in Berlin with a purpose—to support those battling cancer. Haymakers for Hope brings together fighters and runners to raise funds for cancer research, care, awareness and survivorship. Every generous contribution, small or large, will help make an impact in the fight against this evil disease. We’ve all felt the impact of what cancer can do to friends, families, loved ones.

I’m dedicating this race to my hero, Baba, who lost his battle with cancer two years ago. Baba has been and continues to be the most influential force on my life. Let’s honor Baba along with the millions of special people who have lost this battle to cancer by running 26 miles through the wonderful city of Berlin this coming fall.
