I started boxing in college but was too afraid to get in the ring.

Since then, a number of my family members have had to battle cancer, and I realized that there are bigger things to be afraid of. 

I am fighting to raise awareness and money for cancer research because I have the opportunity to battle my fear head on. No one chooses to battle cancer.
