I’m fighting to raise awareness for anyone who has been afflicted by cancer or knows someone who has battled this terrible disease. I’m undergoing this challenge to fight on behalf of my father, two uncles and both maternal grandparents. Fortunately, each of them won their battles, but so many experience different outcomes. 

While the efforts of my training will conclude on the evening of September 19th, the fight against cancer will continue. If anything, I hope to raise awareness and perhaps inspire others to also reach beyond their comfort zones and embrace a challenge that can help provide a positive social impact.
