It's crazy to think most everyone I know has suffered in some way from the horrible disease we know as cancer.  It hits some of us more intimately than others, but its seems to make its way into everyone's life at some point.  Haymakers for Hope is giving me the chance to actually fight back against this disease by training for, and competing in a charity boxing event at The Anthem in DC to raise money and awareness.  The sacrifice and pain I feel while training for this is nothing in comparison to what those who suffer feel as they fight their disease.  This is what motivates me to keep going when I get tired, hurt, sore, etc.
