Teammates,

For those of you who do not know me, I was born in Brooklyn, raised on the West Shore of Staten Island. My wife, Alexandra, son, and dog, Murdock, reside in Philadelphia, PA.

 I have worked in non-for profits where I personally grew organic produce that was donated to foodbanks in NYC to help those who found themselves in food deserts.

 I continue to serve the American community writ large, through education of future leaders at Villanova University and the University of Pennsylvania.

 Now, I am honored to spend the next four months of my life working towards fundraising money “to help give lifesaving researchers the resources needed to fully focus their efforts on finding a cure.”

As you follow my training, remember this is not about me or the bout on 27 April. The blood and sweat are just a small sacrifice to make for those who are affected by cancer, daily.
