I’ve spent the better portion of my life challenging myself physically, mentally, emotionally HB, and spiritually. But I’ve never challenged myself in a way that supports someone or something bigger.⁣

This time I do. ⁣

I’ve lost people dear (most of us have) to me and had a scare a few years back. I’m specifically fighting for my grandmother, Joan Sylvester. Cancer took her far too early. The thought of that dreaded disease continues to be a constant thought to many in my family. It’s time to do my part so that we won’t be fighting for hope, because we won’t need it. We’ll have cures and resources and confidence, that cancer isn’t a threat.
