I am fighting in honor of my father, Donald Lee Desrochers who past away in April of 2023 from stage 4 Colon Cancer. My father, my best friend introduced me to the fighting world. From WWE to MMA and everything in between. When giving the opportunity to join Haymakers for Hope I knew this was a sign from him telling me to join the fight. I am also fighting in honor of my mother, Betty Desrochers who was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in January of 2021. From radiation to chemotherapy, we watched her put up a hell of fight and beat cancer’s butt on January 14th of 2022. When I told my mom I was going to fight in their honor, she looked at me and said I was crazy but that she would be there to support me like she always has when one of her four kids had a crazy idea.
