KNOCK OUT had a very different meaning in my scientific world. Stepping in from lab zone to boxing ring is an interesting transition I am tirelessly working on. But we have a cause to fight for.
In 2021, I lost a little soul, fighting for her survival from ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia) and suddenly all my years spent on research and contribution in the field alone felt insufficient. It has been years and KNOCKOUT means more to me now.
I wanted to use every sport I love as a platform to raise awareness and this one is the toughest one yet so I need everyone's support here.
Every penny from my fundraiser goes towards the patient care at Boston Children's Hospital - Tumor center.
