Like many of you, I've had family and friends who've bravely battled cancer. Some have won while others have lost, but all had a fighters spirit. This fight is important to me because too many individuals had their lives forever altered by cancer. If there is anything I can do to bring attention and help support organizations committed to eradicating cancer, that it's all worth it in the end. 

This fight allows us to give everyday men and women the opportunity to fight back against this terrible disease by training for, and competing in a charity boxing event to raise money and awareness. To prepare for this event, I am committed to combining my efforts as a first time amateur boxing participant in conjunction with local boxing gyms and volunteers. We hope to help give life saving researchers the resources needed to fully focus their efforts on finding a cure.
