Born and raised Queens kid, now stepping into the ring for the first time. Before signing up for Haymakers for Hope, I'd never formally trained as a boxer. Two years ago, I lost my grandmother to colon cancer after a fast and difficult battle, and I've been looking for a way to fight back ever since. On November 5th, I'm stepping into the ring at the Hammerstein Ballroom to raise over $10,000 for cancer research and patient care. Every round is for her.
