Goal

My aunt Maria’s battle with cancer ended on November 19, 2024. One year later, on November 6th, I will be stepping into the boxing ring with Haymakers for Hope to continue the fight in her memory. I’m humbly asking my family, friends, neighbors, and peers to join me in the effort to knock out cancer for good.
My aunt is my inspiration. But when I put on the gloves this fall, it won’t be just for her. It will be for everyone we’ve loved and lost. For those who’ve endured chemo and radiation. For the ones who drove them to treatments, sat at their bedside, or cooked meals for their families. For those who’ve grieved too soon, and for the survivors still piecing themselves back together.
This disease has touched us all. Together, we can fight back. Regardless if I win or lose in the ring, the real victory will come if I'm able to hit my fundraising goal.
If you’ve made it this far -- thank you. Your support means the world to me. Please consider donating what you can. Every dollar makes a difference.
All for you, Ria.
About the Organization:
Haymakers for Hope gives everyday men and women the opportunity to fight back against cancer by training for, and competing in charity boxing events to raise money and awareness. To prepare for each event, H4H combines the efforts of the first time amateur boxing participants, local boxing gyms and volunteers. We hope to help give life saving researchers the resources needed to fully focus their efforts on finding a cure.
