Not sure about this whole getting punched in the face thing........

Hi & welcome to my fighter page! I'm Nicole Rothschild, and I’m deeply honored and thrilled to participate in this incredible charity event. 

If you know me, you know that I love two (among many!!) things: a physical challenge and raising awareness and funds to support important causes. Whether it's going back to graduate school to switch careers, climbing the tallest mountain in the US, summiting the tallest mountain in Africa, Mt. Kilimanjaro, or running a marathon, I have found that combining my love for an outdoor adventure and supporting causes around mental health and addiction have been some of the most rewarding moments of my life. By continuously pushing myself outside of my comfort zones, I have felt challenged, empowered, fulfilled, and confident by showing myself that I can. So, when I found out about the opportunity to fight against cancer through Haymakers For Hope, I was intrigued, despite having boxed only 5 times. I love to do hard things, train, see progress, and conquer my fears and self-doubt. This 4 month training for my first ever fight will be no exception. 

Alongside my fellow fighters, we aim to make a lasting impact in the fight against cancer. Sadly, cancer has touched the lives of countless individuals, including my grandpa Warren. On November 14th, I will step into the ring with determination to knock out this devastating disease. With your generous donations we will drive meaningful progress towards finding a cure. Together, we can envision a future where a cancer diagnosis is no longer a life-threatening sentence, but a condition that can be swiftly and effectively treated. Join me in this fight to improve our world and eradicate cancer from our lives for good!

About Haymakers For Hope:
We give everyday men and women the opportunity to fight back against this terrible disease by training for, and competing in charity boxing events to raise money and awareness. To prepare for each event, we combine the efforts of the first time amateur boxing participants, local boxing gyms and volunteers. We hope to help give life saving researchers the resources needed to fully focus their efforts on finding a cure.
