My grandmother died of breast cancer. My mother survived two different types of cancer. First, of the uterus, and later, Melanoma. I box for them. I box for everyone who has been affected by this unforgiving disease. For everyone who is dealing with it now. I box to help find a cure, so that God forbid, I and those close to me never have to fight THAT battle. If so many people are going through that right now, I can surely take a few punches for 6 minutes. What a privilege.
