On April 22, 2021, I lost my father, who was the rock of my family, to cancer. In the months leading up to his death I witnessed the cancer take away his ability to eat and talk and put him in some of the most excruciating pain imaginable. This November 3rd, I will be participating in Haymakers for Hope for my father and anyone else who ever lost a loved one to cancer.
