Goal

To the outside world, Pat Fischer was a giant in a 5’8” frame.
A 17-season NFL career.
10 years with Washington.
Member of the Ring of Fame.
Over 200 games played.
Multiple Pro Bowls.
Top 20 in career interceptions.
One of the toughest, smartest, most relentless cornerbacks to ever play the game.
Coaches and players respected him.
Fans adored him.
Opponents feared him.
He was everything a hero should be—and so much more behind closed doors.
To us, he was Dad.
He taught us how to fight with heart, how to show up when it matters most, and how to lead with love and strength.
He made us brave. He made us fierce.
He was standing at your side when life got hard and was the loudest cheer when it got good.
Then came cancer. And the fight none of us were ready for.
I’ll never forget the moment they told us there was nothing left to do—
I watched my sister, Allison’s heart shatter in real time.
He didn’t want to go.
He didn’t want to leave us.
He didn’t want us to see him like that
So now—we fight back.
On September 25th at 7:30 PM at The Wharf in Washington, D.C., I’ll step into the boxing ring with him and all of my friends that have been through this, your all with me.
I carry him with me—his toughness, his fire, his legacy.
My sister Ali, bro in law Mat, my wife Andrea, my son Patrick and my daughter Claire will all be in my corner—just like he always was for us..
For the man who made us who we are.
We fight for him—and all who have been or currently battle in this war with cancer…
Join us. Be there. Cheer loud. Fight proud.
