In addition to being a Father, Musician, and Outdoors Lover I am a Cancer Survivor. In August of 2022 I was diagnosed with Stage 2C Testicular Cancer with large masses near my right kidney, pancreas, and thoracic aorta. After undergoing chemotherapy that fall my tumors subsided and in March of 2023 it was declared that I had no Active Cancer. Since then I have made eliminating this disease and the toll it takes on peoples lives one of the central tenants of my life. In April of 2024 I rode from Baltimore, Maryland to Key West with The Ulman Foundation in their Key to Keys Bike Ride raising money for Adolescent and Young Adult cancer patients, survivors, and their caregivers. Now I'm back and ready to Knock Out Cancer by participating in Haymakers for Hope's Beltway Brawl!
