Thank you for visiting my page and for your support. This has been an incredibly humbling journey, and I'm grateful to not only have the opportunity to raise money for such an important effort, but to also be able to share these experiences leading up to the fight with you. 

The reason I decided to participate in Rumble in the Rockies is because over the last ten years multiple family members and friends have been stricken with varying forms of cancer. My Dad, my cousin, my father-in law, and most recently a friend and teammate from college all faced down this lethal disease. Some made it through, and some didn't. Watching someone you care about endure these experiences inspires deep introspection, and I became determined to fundraise to support cancer research in a meaningful way.

I connected with the team at Haymakers for Hope and felt inspired by their mission to "KO Cancer". The reality is, nobody wants to see me run a 5k for charity, but I bet a lot of people would love to see me get punched in the face. 

Prove me right, and consider a donation to H4H. Every dollar that I raise will go directly to the Kimmel Cancer Center at Johns Hopkins, and hopefully push science in the direction of a cure.
