I have never boxed a day in my life but I've always wanted to try it. When I heard that H4H was coming to Denver I signed up right away. I'm excited to be able to try out a new sport while also helping raise money for a great cause. As a hospital medicine physician I see patients with a host of different illnesses. Often the ones that really stick with me are those facing a new or existing diagnosis of cancer. They're courage and resilience facing such tough obstacles are my motivation for climbing into the ring.
