Teaching for 14 years I have formed countless relationships with students and their families. With no children of my own, my students mean the world to me! Over my teaching career I have never experienced a tragedy like I did in the spring and July of 2024. My 4th grade student Mick was fighting the fight against cancer. In July 2024 Mick lost his fight. Mick will forever be in our hearts and I never want any other child to go through this terrible disease. I am fighting in Mick's memory.
