I am fighting for second chances.

I am fighting because I can and because I do not take that for granted. I am fighting on behalf of those who do not have the luxury of choosing their fight.

I am fighting because I am inspired by the strength and perseverance of others. I am fighting to inspire in return.

I am fighting because at some point we all inevitably face challenges that we cannot overcome alone. When those moments come, everyone deserves to have good people in their corner fighting with them and for them. I am fighting to help provide that support.

Above all, I am fighting for my uncle, who has dedicated his career to fighting cancer, whose pioneering science is making a real difference against the disease, and who is now fighting a battle of his own.

I feel truly honored to have the opportunity to be a part of this group and to represent the fight against cancer. Over the next four months I will pour every piece of myself into this endeavor. Please join me. Every little bit helps and your support means the world.
