Why am I fighting?

That’s a question that I’ve been asked numerous times since submitting my name for Haymakers for Hope. The answer is simple and uncomplicated; I’m fighting because I can. I have the ability to step in the ring when others who are battling cancer do not. By giving my time, body and mind for this amazing cause, I can raise more than I would ever be able to donate on my own. And that makes all the sweat, blood and tears worth it!

Taking a hit is no joke, trust me I know! But the men, women, children and families who battle cancer take on hit, after hit, after hit. And then they keep going, fighting for their lives. That takes real courage. That takes real strength.

By donating to my fight in Belles of the Brawl you are standing with those who have been and are currently affected by cancer. You are letting them know they are not alone and we are all fighting with them for a cure.
