There are over 200 types of cancer that can attack every age, every race, and every sex. A cure for cancer is not impossible. My hope during this experience is to fight as hard as I can while raising as much funds for cancer research as I can.

 

I am fighting for those in my life that have had the misfortune in fighting the battle of cancer. For my grandmother who lost her battle in 2009 of lung cancer, for my family friend who has fought & beat cancer 4 times throughout her life, & for my older sister who has been courageously battling brain cancer for almost 5 years. As my sister continues to fight, as will I. She has been a driving force in my training thus far & will always be my source of inspiration throughout my life.
