There is no discount for sponsorships that wish to defer recognition and remain anonymous.
Yes! Once the sponsorship contribution has been received, it will be manually added to your fighter’s fundraising page.
A portion of each sponsorship opportunity is tax-deductible and formal tax acknowledgement letters are issued to all sponsors after each event.
Haymakers can accept up to two payments per sponsorship. After completing the Sponsor Commitment Form, please reach out if you would like to use more than one payment method to fulfill your sponsorship.
Depending on the sponsorship level, there may be an opportunity to alter the ticket or table package to accommodate your needs while keeping the value of benefits equal. Reach out after completing the sponsorship commitment form to discuss potential options.
Due to space limitations, seats can not be added to tables of 10 guests. If your sponsorship package includes a table for 8 guests, please reach out if you are interested in upgrading your table to 10 guests.
No. The exact locations of tables and tickets are fluid up until the date of the event. Haymakers provides exceptional viewing and locations for each sponsor based on level and also does its best to group sponsors supporting a specific fighter in the same general area.
This event is 21+ only with no exceptions.
