Why do I fight? What a great question and I’m so glad you asked! I first met cancer when I was a wee baby in the first grade. All I understood was that my sister was sick and she started to look a lot different and was home less and less. Next thing I knew cancer was everywhere, grandparents, aunts, my mothers nose, friends, and even on TV. My sister KOd cancer when I was young and then had a reoccurrence almost 10 years later. During my high school years I spent so much time in the hospital and and home helping take care of her. It not only confirmed my love for healthcare but also confirmed my hatred for cancer and how it can take so much from so many. So why do I fight? She has continued to fight not only for herself but the whole cancer fam out there. So I fight physically so she can keep fighting the emotional and physical recovery for herself and others through the many organizations that haymakers supports. So please donate because I’m not taking physical punches without your wallets taking whatever punch you can spare.
