Hello everyone and thank you for visiting my “Haymakers for Hope” page.  I have had the privilege and honor of being able to participate in some amazing charity work throughout my life, but I can say with 100% certainty that this cause is the one I am most excited to be a part of.

 

“CANCER” – it has become one of the scariest words we can say.  Whether you have battled it yourself or have been close to someone else’s fight, this terrible disease has touched us all.  We use words like “battle” and “fight” when we talk about Cancer because these words embody what some of us and our loved ones have gone through.  Now it is time for me to step up and help others with their battles. 

 

For the next four months, I will be training for my first (and probably last) sanctioned amateur boxing match.  On May 11th at MGM Fenway, myself and 31 other great competitors will fight with one goal in common, “To Knock Out Cancer”.  I am fighting for all my friends and loved ones that have battled: some who have won, some who have lost and others that are in the middle of the fight. 

 

Please consider donating any amount, large or small.  All direct donations will go to Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Christopher's Haven.  All proceeds from tickets to the event will go to supporting efforts at Haymakers for Hope.  Ticket and table purchases will be available in March.  All of these fantastic organizations are aligned in helping with the fight against Cancer.
