It is officially 2 weeks away. For those who do not know, I will be fighting November 15th at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City in front of (what will be) a sold out crowd of 2,500 people. The fight raises money for the Haymakers For Hope Charity which designates funding for the Cancer Research Charity of your choice. The money we raise will be designated for Mesothelioma Research at the Mt. Sinai Tissue Bank (more information available here: http://www.insulators.org/insulators-tissue-bank This cause is close to me as my grandfather he has seen lives ruined from Mesothelioma and Asbestosis as a result of his time as a union insulator, exposed to the toxic agent that is asbestos. My grandfather spent the latter half of his career crusading for a cure for this horrible disease and has worked very closely with Mt. Sinai in the creation and funding of this Tissue Bank.
